We are at home in the Rhein-Neckar region between Heidelberg and Mannheim.
Over the last 25 years, we have grown into one of the largest service providers in this region for real estate investors. This includes not only the construction or renovation of real estate, but in particular the lowest possible risk of operating real estate, as well as the intelligent and affordable financing of real estate.
Due to our large network, we have direct access to real estate throughout Germany. On average, we always have more than 150 properties of various categories on offer. All properties are in very good condition.
Our philosophy is that we accompany and support our customers even after the purchase. Our aim is always to be so good that we are gladly recommended further.
Our experience is that the property is the best investment compared to most other investments. There is virtually no risk of total loss, and the value of the property is inflation-protected.
